Frank is very personal, which is why we originally decided to use him to represent us on the sale of our home of 24 years. It was an emotional transaction, but he was very precise in his market assessment and suggested a price that was higher than I would have thought to start with. He was efficient at positioning the home for viewings, which was difficult with the rigors of work, kids and just everyday life. We fielded an offer or two before it even hit the market.
