Frank had my house sold in just a few days. My house was in MD and I was in Florida. I wasn't sure how this could happen but with Franks experience it was just a few clicks away. I called him (he came highly recommended) and he went to my house, looked it over and made a couple recommendations, nothing major. We discussed the comps and he said I was thinking too low and the price was set. He had a cleaning service come in (the house was dusty and musty after sitting empty for over a year). The following weekend he had an open house and within a week it was sold. Once their loan was approved, he walked me through settlement papers answering any questions I had.
