He was always extremely professional. He is presentable (always in a suit), articulate, extremely knowledgable in real estate, attentive, honest, and kind. Frank earned our trust and went above and beyond. While it took time for us to prepare our house and make some aesthetic changes to our house in order to be put on the market, Frank remained patient and stayed in touch, always offering help and suggestions. When it came time to have professional pictures taken of our home, Frank even helped organize and pitched in to clean up and help hide some items at the last minute. Being that I was pregnant with twins at the time, all of his extra efforts were much appreciated. When my husband and I wanted to increase the listing price after we had already agreed on a particular price, Frank was amendable to our wish/suggestion. We got an full asking, cash offer less than 1 week after our home was put on the market and accepted that offer. I would highly recommend Frank Conturso to anyone buying or selling a home. He made the experience easy and always did his best to remedy any stressful situation that arose.
