We're first time home buyers that were completely clueless to the entire process going in. Frank walked us through everything beginning to end. He has construction knowledge so he was able to point out some potential issues during our walk-throughs and he provided some advice/suggestions on where to come in price-wise on our offers. When we did decide to make an offer, Frank came up with a price he thought would be accepted and it was despite numerous other offers. It was also nearly dead-on with the appraisal value. From the offer to the closing, he kept us up to date on everything that was happening behind the scenes, answered countless questions, and provided helpful advice, taking a pretty intimidating process and making it more comfortable and easy to understand. I can't recommend him enough.

Frank worked with us for the last three years to find a house. Despite not being ready the first time around, he remained engaged and interested in our home buying process. When we were ready to relocate to the suburbs, Frank was there to help us find the perfect house...this meant numerous weekends and tons of open houses and showings.
