After we made a quick decision to look for a new home with more land and privacy we made an open inquiry for a Buyer's Agent. Frank contacted us right away and assisted us to look at several homes on short notice. Our offer for a custom-built home on 2 acres was declined despite an offer well above asking price. We then looked at a few other homes and inquired about some new developments. Our concerns with any existing homes we viewed were affirmed and we always felt heard. Frank investigated a few smaller builders and thought one might not be a wise choice. He also advised that certain builders had better reputations for quality. His help was invaluable and within a few weeks found a great home, that was well-built, had many updates and in a wonderful neighborhood. I will add his colleague Leanna Pace was also helpful when Frank was out of town on business or tied up with other customers.
