I first dealt with Frank 4 years ago when buying a house. When it came time to sell it this year there was no question but that I would list with Frank. He stays on top of the not only the general real estate market but also knows the neighborhoods within the market. His advice is solid, professional, reliable and honest. Due to Frank's evaluation, I listed the house for $20,000+ more than Zillow's "market value" . It sold the same day for list and appraised with no problem. In real estate, as in any profession, there is a very small percentage of members who are truly outstanding. Frank is one of those few.
