Frank has guided us through 3 sales, and every one has been a pleasure. Frank understands how stressful and emotional a real estate transaction can be and he was always there to answer calls and to talk us off the ledge. He cares! He has great insight into the industry and he markets and promotes your listing very effectively, even with all of his experience he was always willing to listen to ideas we had. There was no feeling like he knew best and our ideas weren't worthy of hearing out. All together he always got us above asking price and he never allowed the buyer's agent to pull a fast one.
