Frank is phenomenal! I met Frank through a referral from a friend a few years back- this is my second time working with him! The first was when he helped me find & close on my townhouse in a perfect area with minimal time to search. He was with me every step of the way, from purchasing, to attorney review, to a mortgage company, and even helping me find an efficient and hard working carpet crew to replace all my carpet. I was new to NJ and he made the process seamless for me!! The second time- approximately 4 years later when I was ready to sell I immediately thought of Frank! With His tenacity and hard work during the buying process, I knew he would be just as driven to sell my place. He was on point with everything! Listing my property and doing an amazing open house over Easter weekend with lots of interest. He guided me the entire way getting me in and out of attorney review in less than 10 days from start to finish. He is efficient, energetic, and has such a positive attitude.
