Frank is very personable, and it was easy to spend time with him. He knows the neighborhoods, gives excellent advise, and when it came time to make an offer on our new home, he knew exactly what house and property features to use as reasoning for offering a lower price. I thought he dropped it too much, but our offer was accepted immediately. After the house inspection showed what was needing to be repaired, he was able to drop the offer even further, and he recommended various repair people who were great at their work.
