I chose Frank over other realtors because he listened to what I told him about our home and community. He had an amazing personality, and gave me a really good gut feeling. Our home needed some renovations to the flooring and paint, that we originally intended to do before putting on the market to maximize the sale price, but after the Covid19 we decided to conserve funds. Frank found the perfect new sale price and strategy based on that feedback and our home sold quickly. My first home sale was a constant roller coaster of emotions, disappointments and having to push at the realtor. With Frank it was so easy.
