Honestly I don’t know where to start. I’ll start off by saying that I couldn’t have been setup with a better agent if I tried. Frank is one of a kind. Anytime I had a question, I mean ANYTIME I had a question I would shoot frank a text and within the minute I’d have a helpful educated answer. EVEN at night 11:30pm+ Frank would instantly respond to any call/text. It was a roller coaster of unfortunate events that neither Frank or myself could prevent, but Frank was right there ensuring my safety and comfort at any point of the the entire process.
