As the personal representative of the estate of my friend, I wanted to use a real estate professional whom I knew personally as a man of highest integrity. Since Frank serves on the board of my youth center and has recently been elected treasurer, I had every confidence that he would handle the sale in an honest and straightforward manner. I had not previously worked with Frank for any real estate issues, but my trust in him was rewarded. He guided me through the whole procedure, recommending that we sell the house in "as is" condition because it would need considerable updating and repairs, and there were no funds to make these renovations. Frank proved to be knowledgeable of the Braintree housing market, and we agreed on a selling price.
