Fran helped my husband and I sell our home in Bowie, MD. She was very responsive and made the process stress-free. She gave us pointers for preparing the house for market, which helped our home sell quickly and for a good price. I would gladly use her again and recommend her to people I know. Prior to this, we worked for Fran for over two years. She initially helped us rent out our house. Thanks to Fran it wasn't vacant a single moment. She did a great job in every respect. Once the tenants moved, we decided to sell the house and Fran came through for us again.
