Francy helped us sell our house and assisted us surpass a couple of unforeseen obstacles along the way. She also showed her dedication by seeing numerous homes with us until we found our dream home to buy and put her people skills in play when it came to negotiating with the seller. People told me "buying a house is going to be so difficult" they clearly never met Francy. During our house hunting process we had a number of realtors, but only Fracy put us first. Francy is the perfect Realtor. She knows her job, and the market with impeccable detail. Not only will she help you with buying/selling your home, she will help you with ANY detail you may need during the process; house cleaning, electricians, you name it - she has a contact for it.She goes OUT of her way to make you feel like you are her only client, even though I know she has tons of them - that speaks volumes about the level of detail that her customer service skills exude.
