We moved here from California and I found a home online and called on it and Frank was the listing agent. I was looking to buy a vacation property in Fort Lauderdale after years of staying there in hotels. Reached out through Zillow, and amazingly - they paired me with Francisco (Frank) Garcia. After a very informative conversation in March, we met with him in July at the end of our 2+ week vacation. Between March and July, Frank communicated with me about every 10 days to modify and adjust the searches he was sending daily of new properties in the areas where we had the most interest in FLL. We met Frank on a rainy and hot July afternoon. Frank was not only one of the most accommodating realtors I have ever met, he was a straight-shooter. Add that to his friendly, and enthusiastic personality and you have a great realtor. Top that off with a person who also has a great sense of humor. Just a joy to work with Frank. Now professionally, he not only knew the pros/cons of every area we visited, but he also had very good advice about trends, safety, and fit for what we were seeking. Frank is a superlative professional, and his years of experience guided us very well. Frank also specializes in luxury properties (read: multi-million dollar homes in the area). Frank is the man. Selling our house was a mess, and he took care of it all. There was 0 headache on our end from start to finish. With our busy schedules, we wouldn’t have been able to get the price we wanted or job done at all. Frank was readily available for us with our limited time in town. Knows a lot about the neighborhoods, etc. Set up appointments that worked with our schedule and was able to get us into a unit still under construction, not listed, that we ended up purchasing. Very helpful in the details of making an offer that was accepted over others. Great resource too for what we needed for our new unit, shades, closets, designer, etc.

Frank and his team worked hard to get the best deal for us. He was always available and responsive. We really enjoyed our experience and his open and honest approach. I would definitely use him in our next transaction.
