Francis was an amazing person from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable and was very tedious in making sure we were all well informed throughout the process. He was there every step of the way and I couldn't have been more impressed with our progress in purchasing my first home. My home buying process was a total nightmare when I started, I probably went through 3-4 realtor and each one was just in it for the money no one realy wanted to give a hand or never did their part. I would always have to call them just to see how the bid was going and took for ever to respond or they never realy submitted the offer. This is not the case with Francis, I am glad that I found him I can honestly say that he is 1 in a million. My family and I are realy greatfull for all his hard work even though I put him in a bad spot but he never gave up on us.
