Franics was amazing when I was going through the home buying Process. This was my third home, the first time with Francis as my agent and thanks to her my expectations of what an agent should be have been reset tremendously. Whenever I had a question she was very quick on the reply. She understood the market where I was purchasing a home has a quick turnaround and would have an appointment set within minutes of a request being made or a new home hitting the market. She was very present during the closing process, reaching out to me to make sure everything was going along smoothly. And once closing was complete and the home was mine she checked in to make sure I was enjoying my new home.
