I have had numerous occasions to interact with Fran Nolan over the past few years. In May/June of 2025 we bought another home. In the process we were very pleased with her knowledge, attention to detail and professionalism throughout the entire process. I feel that her personality helped with her communication skills and I never felt like “being bothered” anytime she called or sent a reminder of something that needed to be done. She always returned our calls promptly. I have the utmost respect for Fran as a very professional Realtor. I would highly recommend her services and knowledge to anyone. She is a very caring person and extremely professional with the time she spends from “showing properties, contract negotiations and completion of the transaction”.
