Francine gave us a list price that we thought was out of the realm of possibility. Within 4 hours we had above list price and couldn't be happier. We had to move 2 weeks into the process and Francine handled everything else for us while we relocated to FL. She also connected us with an agent in Tampa area that is helping us find a new home.
