Great Realtor - used several times!

It’s hard to put into words how much Francine has blessed our family but I will try! We first met Francine when my husband and I were out looking at pieces of land in Elberta. We just went through Zillow and were in touch with another realtor, but for whatever reason they couldn’t meet us at the property we wanted to view. No biggie, we just toured it ourselves. Then we went to a different property that we didn’t like as much, but Francine was the listing agent and she met us there bc she was in the area. We IMMEDIATELY loved Francine! I remember saying “hey we don’t like this property, but we really like you, can you help us find something?” 🤣 From then on out, Francine was our GO TO! We found a property that we loved and with Francine’s expertise, even though we were inexperienced in land buying, we were able to get all of the imperative land/soil testing done and close within a month. Being heavily pregnant at the time, we knew that there was a possibility that we could go into labor before close so Francine adjusted the closing date. To our surprise we had our little guy early and Francine adjusted our close date so that we could sign when we left the hospital and made the whole process super easy!!! She even had gifts for us and our new baby and hugs waiting for us in the closing room (and snacks, seriously the best ever). 🥹 That was transaction #1!
