The perfect agent for a first-time home buyer who at first wasn't sure what she wanted

Thanks to Fran's solid knowledge of both the local market and my own situation, I was able to see a range of options in different towns -- and to gradually figure out what I wanted and where I wanted to be. Once I found the right house, she guided me through the purchase process, including home inspection, legalities, taxes, and (of course) finances. As a first-timer, I started off clueless about much of this, but Fran was unfailingly patient, answering not only the questions I asked but the questions I didn't know enough to ask. Most important, having lived in this house now for more than six months -- which included, by the way, our snowiest winter in at least 20 years -- I know for sure that this is THE perfect house for me.
