Selling a home in 2025 is vastly different than it was just a few years ago. Yet most realtors are selling the same way they did in 1999. Pamela Grunstein and the Francie Malina team at Compass are vastly different from the rest. When we first met, Pamela developed a plan and timeline for the sale of the house. She identified a few minor improvements that would help drive more interest. And, unlike other realtors I have worked with, she provided specific goals for the number of showings and when we could expect to receive offers. The week that the house went on the market, she followed her plan - and exceeded the goals we had agreed upon. We received multiple offers, all over asking price. Once we accepted an offer, Pamela continued to actively manage the process towards closing. She proactively made sure we had everything we needed in place (including closing out a very old permit that had not been closed properly). Every time I asked "do we need to.." her answer was "we've got that handled already". Buying and selling a home can be a very stressful process.
