Franci did a great job for us keeping us continuously informed on the status of activities related to the house showing. She even loaned us some of her furniture to showcase the house. Furthermore, she made several trips to the house to check on things for us as were living almost three hours away. Initially she gave us some good advice as to how to price our house and what to expect as to how long it would take to sell the house. We would certainly recommend her to anyone thinking of selling their house in New Smyrna beach.

Francie is not only up to date on the market values in the area she is aware of the market trends. Francie is extremely honest in all her dealings and therefore is highly respected in the area not only with the general public but also with her fellow real estate agents. We called Franci concerning a property at 7 PM on a Saturday evening. Not only was she prompt in scheduling a showing, but we had a very favorable contract in our hands by 6 PM the following day. Franci is a native of this area so is very knowledgeable concerning good location and placing fair value on the properties. Above all, Franci is a lady of integrity and professionalism. Her life exudes a spirit of caring and enthusiasm.

We first met Franci when moving from Ft. Lauderdale to New Smyrna Beach. We were limited with time spent traveling and she was most accommodating. We asked her to help us again to find a place when my husband's aging mother was to move in with us. We found a rental instead and she was extremely patient and helpful. We then sold our original home through Franci in a week's time! Our next challenge was finding a new home for us and Franci found just the right place. Questions regarding homesteading, taxes, HOA's, surveys, etc. She was on it immediately. We've used her for any realty concerns over 15 years and would not hesitate to use her again.
