Francesco is a very kind and caring person and went out of his way to assist me with a very big accomplishment for myself. He communicated well with me keeping me involved with the whole process, and was always willing to explain to me what was coming up with paperwork and what was needed from me.
Francesco came on the right time for us. We were already on the edge of loosing hope in finding a house that fits our budget and yet will give our family a comfortable living. When I talked to him the first time, I already positive that he’s the right one. He explained to me the must know in buying a house and answered all my questions. We give an offer for 2 houses, the first was not accepted and he explained to me why it was not accepted which I do appreciate because it gives me an insight on what and how we will do next. The second one he advised me to give a lower offer than the listed price and from there he did all the negotiations. And we are so happy that we get it lower than the list price. He is so helpful and really knows his business. I can’t thank him enough for the help and patience during all this process.
