Francesca (Fran) was wonderful to work with. She truly understood our goals as sellers. Fran did great work with the front end research, proposed the correct asking price for our property. The property listed and released to MLS on time, showings requests flooded in immediately and within 24 hours, our property had 3 offers from qualified buyers. Fran reviewed offers by the end of day and offered pros/cons and options of each offer. We agreed on the offer that covered what was most important to us as sellers - Accept the offer from the most financially qualified buyer in the best position to close quickly. An offer was accepted and the buyers loan closed within 3 weeks. A quick close from a qualified buyer was extremely important to us as sellers because our new home build was just about ready to complete and close. Working with Fran through the process was great. She did most of the heavy lifting, communicated all important details in real time and presented details clearly. She was able to manage the negotiation with the buyer agent very professionally as well. Overall, Fran ran the show and we (sellers) simply provided things she asked for when she asked for them. Everything else fell into place because Fran did her homework, got everything ready to list properly and the process worked because of her diligent front-end preparation.
