House hunting in the LA area is awful but our family of 4 needed a bigger and forever place. We looked by ourselves and also tried an experienced realtor familiar with the area but kept falling in the trap of price wars and losing bids. It was so discouraging and left us . Enter Frankie. A friendly mom that I knew from the neighborhood. She listened to our woes and gently offered to show places. She approached it holistically and showed us places we never would have considered!! She is full of positive energy and has this amazing ability to completely think outside the box. The houses were good quality and met most of our criteria. She was always looking for feedback to taylor our search. Anything Frankie did not know an answer to, she immediately reached out to a mentor and found them. Frankie was also warm and supportive during my moments of panic during contact negotiations. We did not feel alone or left in the dark about anything. She successfully coordinated and negotiated a sale completely in our favor for our forever home.
