Francesca was helpful, honest, and so very kind to us. We were first-time home buyers and super nervous about the whole process with the paperwork and all that it entails when purchasing a home. Francesca maintained constant contact, talked us through each step, and told us what to expect. She was always kind to answer our questions and listened patiently to our concerns.
