For those of us fast-talking, financially savvy and ambitious folks from the Northeast, you’ll love working with Faye (Frances). She is originally from PA and has lived in this area for 16+ years. She wear many hats and is a real estate investor herself. So she know what we would look for to maximize our investments. Faye is a very well-informed, go-getter agent who is well connected to inspectors, lenders, insurers, cleaners, and painters! Very efficient in getting things done and always available to reach out to the right people for the right answers and actions. She is transparent with both good and bad info so that you can make an informed decision. She has lots of experience buying and selling her own house and investments and gives great tips on how to make wise purchases for primary homes, rentals or flipping. She has good strategies for negotiating because she knows how each side thinks and how to make the deal happen. She will steer you away from bad decisions on neighborhoods and renovation work that may eventually be headaches down the line. Because credibility of this review is important and I don’t give 5 stars in general because people tend not to trust fake 5 star reviews, I gave Faye the highest mark that I normally give. If you don’t want to be rushed or don’t want the deal to happen quickly, then best to look around Trulia or with another agent who is less concerned about efficiency.

I would recommend Faye to anyone and everyone. She is a 10 out of 10 in every way. Her knowledge of the area is really impressive. She is wonderful to work with, energetic, friendly, knowledgeable, and business savvy. She made buying our first home fun and made us feel confident in our purchase/investment.
