I have been working with Frances for the past 5 years and have closed a few home transactions with Frances and I can't say nothing but great words about Frances. These transactions have both been buying and selling homes and for each of these, Frances did an excellent job. She is very professional, understands the details of buying and selling homes and you definitely need somebody to help you navigate the details of buying or selling homes. My first encounter with Frances was as a first time buyer and she was very patient and really educated us on what to expect and guided us on every detail of the process. We have been using Frances ever since 2001 and I have also recommended her to our friends and family who have also used her services. The one thing that stands out with Frances that made us continue with her was her experience and understanding of the market. The many other great qualities is she is very aggressive when it comes to negotiating. You need this in todays market. This 3060 sq ft house can not be obtained any more in this very safe neighborhood even if you have more money than you need for the house. She is very experienced, responsive, patient and knows to get one step ahead of the game. After our offer was accepted she helped us getting the loan.
