Dear Frances, I want to personally write and let you know how much I appreciated all you have done for me and Clint. We love our new home and our new life. I realize how none of this would have been possible without all of your help and guidance. You are a God-send to us. I hope you find the new year to be happy and prosperous, You deserve to be. You are one of the hardest working people I have ever ran across and rest assured that when I run across people who may want to buy or sell their home you will get their call!
