Frances Houston was constantly in communication with our family about things that were going on. She worked hard the whole time, making sure that what we wanted, we were getting. She did research on surrounding areas and made sure we knew what to expect in terms of price. She was very professional! There were moments of concern and she remained calm and focused, reminding us we were almost done.
