Excellent experience!

We had used Frances Fendlay in the past as our agent for the sale of another property and were very happy with the results. So when we were retiring and downsizing to a condo we naturally contacted her again. This time she really went above and beyond! Her vast experience, knowledge and guidance was invaluable. Everything went so smoothly. She was very responsive when we had questions. She frequently pointed out things we had not considered. We took her advice concerning staging, setting the price and the timing of when to put the house on the market, etc. and I am so glad we did. Once we had the first open house we had multiple offers above the asking price and our home sold within 2 days! Her experience dealing with the buyers and their agent was critical, making sure there were no hiccups prior to settlement. She has a warm and down to earth demeanor and positive attitude as well.
