We bought our house using Fran more than 22 years ago, which was a fantastic experience (we were moving from the Chicago area and had limited time -- Fran worked with us to find the right house, make an offer, and get a signed contract within three days!) so we knew we would use her again when it was time to sell. Fran was exactly as we remembered from two decades earlier -- polite, honest, and committed to getting us the best deal possible for our home.
