I got the run around by a buyer and by the lender and Francee was right there to straighten things out. The night before closing we were Told we weren’t going to be able to close the next day because somebody at the credit union dropped the ball and did not get paperwork over to underwriting at the right time. Francee made a few phone calls and we were able to close on the date we were supposed to and at the time we were supposed to. She really knows her stuff!
