Fran helped me sell my home recently and did a fabulous job. As a first time seller I knew very little about the selling process. Fran did a great job educations us around the various nitty-gritties and was also extremely patient in answering all my questions. Fran's knowledge and experience around homes, the local housing market, and the various stages of home buying was impressive and helped make the process as painless as possible. Great experience!!!

When my sister and brother in law needed to move into long term care, their home had to go up for sale. As their trustee, I was dreading the whole thing and did not know how I was going to accomplish it, since I live on the mainland and have a high pressure job that does not permit a lot of extra time off. Well, with Fran's help this ended up to be no problem at all. She had a buyer for me within three days, she helped me find sources for everything that needed done to prepare for sale, and even managed to personally go in and salvage some family photos that were left behind. It all went very smoothly, and everything she told me was spot on. Highly recommend Fran.
