Fran Kaback

Our agent Fran Kaback was truly the best thing that could have happneded to us while selling our apartment. We had another agent to sell her apartment and that agent always had a reason why they could not come to show it. After being locked into a contract we were finally free from it after 6 months and we were directed to Fran. She came highly recommended and rightfully so. She was so knowledgeable and always available for us. She came to all of our showings and called me with feedback immediately after the showing. She helped us stage our apartment and even found someone to help us fix the minor flaws that the apartment had. After we had the upgrade done, our apartment sold so quickly. Fran knows her stuff. I cant say enough good things about her.

When Fran Kaback came to discuss the sale of my apartment, I was especially impressed with her creative suggestions and breadth of knowledge. The apartment was put on the market during the height of Covid and due to the numerous new regulations that were being circulated almost daily, an additional work load became necessary, but Fran never complaned and made sure all parties were following the Covid mandates. Although Fran had additional clients when representing me, she always made me feel as though I was her one and only. My telephone messages were returned in a timely fashion and any question I had was rapidly addressed. Buyers and Sellers may not realize that their deal is only as good as the real estate broker who represents them. Their broker can actually make or break their deal.
