Wow!! If there is one word I would use to describe Fran is INCREDIBLE! I've been house shopping for over a year now, and Fran has been very reliable, responsive and patient. From me texting at 6am, 12pm or 1am, Fran has already provided a thorough response to my million and one questions. Fran made sure to keep me up-to-date with communication with the Seller while we were in Escrow, and despite having a few unexpected issues during Escrow, Fran made sure to ease my worries and stress. I am forever grateful to Fran for helping my family & I find the perfect home for us!! If you want an agent that will go the extra mile for you, go with Fran!!!
