Fran drove us all over Central Florida to find us the right home in the pouring rain. We saw so many models and different builders over a three-day period that we lost count. With only hours left for our return home to Arizona she gave us a call and told us a home just opened up. Fran knew what we were looking for and only spent time finding THAT HOUSE. With delay in the completion of the home she advised us on how to make sure the house was up to our standard and everything was done correctly. It was not but she still working hard to make sure the builder fixes the problems and issues.
