I felt I was well taken care of, kept informed on a daily basis. Fran was Professional and honest every step of the way. She had a knowledge of the market, and how it was going, and gave me clear information so I could make my decisions. She also guided me through some of the paperwork, because my electronic skills were not that great. I am grateful for Fran helping me get though this life changing event.
