Fotini was an outstanding agent for us! We had a very difficult time working with the seller, mortgage broker, and the title company. Documents were not accurate, numbers had to be adjusted, and so many emails and phone calls had to be made to get us through a successful closing. It was by far the hardest time I've ever had in purchasing a home. Fo was there with us every step of the way. 8 months ago we started our new home search. We reached out to someone we knew to help us. Unfortunately we did not have success finding something decent that fit within our budget. We connected with Fotini in October to help us find something because we were in desperate need of finding a home as our lease was ending. She helped us find our home the first time we went to see some in person. We are so happy with our new neighborhood and home. We cannot believe she found us such a great deal!
