Forrest helped us buy our first home and did such a great job going to bat for us during that process. It was a no-brainer when we needed a bigger home that we should call him. He advised us that, since houses were not selling very well in our neighborhood at that time, it may be best for us to keep that house as a rental property - which we did. He also helped us get the answers we needed during the process of buying our second home and (once again) went to bat for us to make sure the closing was fast. In regards to the purchase of our first home, we didn't really know the area. We just knew what type of home we wanted and that it needed to accommodate me working in a different city at the time. Forrest showed us several homes from the computer at his office and answered all of our "property virgin" questions very well. Once we had narrowed down the list of homes to a smaller number, he then took us to see each of those homes. With each home we visited, he would point out things he noticed and advise us of ways to negotiate the price based on the condition of the home and the seller's unique motivation to sell. All in all, Forrest is very knowledgeable and has "the chops" to help you find the home you need and will go to bat for you, always going the extra mile to put you first.
