Fonda did a fine job juggling our family's properties. There were 3 owners of the inherited properties she had to manage and please. I could not be happier with the results the returned. She is the only realtor I will call if I decide to sell my home in the future.
Fonda was the best realtor we could’ve asked for. Always easy to get a hold of and very responsive. Her attention to detail and knowledge of the local market was super helpful. She was such a joy to work with!
Fonda made my selling experience a breeze! Will definitely use her again!
Fonda was in very informative of the market and kept a smooth line of communication.
4 years ago we met Fonda for the first time and she made us feel like family. We bought our first home from her and then 4 years later she helped us sell the home within a weeks time and got a good price. She went above and beyond for us!!!! When we come back to NC we will buy another home from her again.
Fonda is a very valuable agent to have on your side. She works hard to make you happy and listens to what you want before and during the sale. She works hard to sell your property at best market value possible!! Her knowledge is excellent and her work ethic is second to none. Great experience and I highly recommend.
Fonda hasn't had any property sale activity in the last 12 months
