Fonda was terrific. We have experienced eight realestate transactions, she was by far the best realtor we have known. She helped us find the perfect place and was patient with our year long search. She listened carefully and provided the guidance to help us find our forever home. She pointed out features and watch outs; she is very knowledgeable and knows just what to look for. For example, she highlighted the presence of low-e, insulated Windows that will result in lower energy costShe is very familiar with the area. Her diligence didn't stop when we found the place; she supported the sale negotiations helping us seal a good deal. Since we were remote, she attended the inspection and helped ensure the repairs were completed. Her communication with the sellers agent covered all the bases and made it an easy journey for us. She attended the final walk through and closing, providing support through the whole process. Fonda is by far the best. We could be confident through our purchase that our interest were protected.
