Fonda was truly a hundred steps above all realtors! She worked tirelessly for us through a challenging process. I know she was up all hours of the night to get our closing on time despite every obstacle that stood in the way. We closed when it was ideal for us even though it shouldn’t have been possible! Fonda did so many extra things to make us happy…things she never had to do! We were so impressed with her ability to negotiate what we needed and her responsiveness. But more than anything else, she treats people so fairly and honestly. That’s tough to come by! She put us first as people and has an innate ability to empathize. She put building the relationship with us as her priority. I’m proud to say I know her! You would be losing out greatly if you didn’t choose Fonda!

Fonda helped me find the first house I ever got to purchase. She was on top of every email, text, or phone call, and believe me, I had a LOT of questions. Very patient, Ms. Rowe always answered me in a timely manner, very professional, and very personable. When it is time to sell or buy, I will ask for Fonda's help again. After 3 unpleasant initial experiences with previous realtors, my wife and I bought a home 🏠 in Hagerstown while living out of State with our 4 agent Fonda . This was Fall 2022 when 5 to 7 offers came to the same house. For emphasis, Fonda was our realtor and she made a process of what seemed so difficult at first turning out to be so pleasant. She went the extra mile and as a result we have developed a going close friend. Yes , we bought a home and got a caring friend. When move-in time came her family helped. I did say personal friendship. She is focused, dependable, has great insight and understanding, very supportive and resourceful, compassionate and a person of integrity. I would do it all over again with her .
