Flynn Nolan, and his partner, Judy Nolan, were the best to work with. As soon as I told them that I wanted to list my property for sale they went right to work. They knew exactly how to market it. They had a photographer out in a day or two and the MLS listing was up the day after that. Two days later they hosted an open house. They had 3 offers that first day and, using their professional experience and wisdom, advised me on the pros and cons of each. I accepted an offer and the buyer wanted a quick close but I wanted to give my tenants (it was a rental property) 60 days to vacate. The tenants had very specific requirements as to the type of property that they were looking for. Flynn went right to work on that and within days had found them the perfect property. The owner of that property wanted them to take it sooner than 60 days so it worked out great for everyone. I could not have been more pleased with the entire process and I will definitely use Flynn Nolan and Judy Nolan the next time I want to sell a home.
