Working with Floyd to sell my condo made for a very seamless experience when the stress of selling a home can be high. If I had to describe Floyd with one word, it would be available. He made himself available whenever there was a question or a concern. He made himself available when it was time to showcase my home throughout the weekend open houses and treated my home as if it was his. When it came time to select a contract, Floyd spent time looking each one over and offered his professional opinion on which was the best offer, and in the end we were able to make an informed choice. Even after the sale, Floyd continued to answer questions and provide guidance. While this could have just been a transactional relationship, I like to consider Floyd a friend who is willing to look after his clients and continue to be available long after the deal is done.
