Florence is a native Chicagoan. Florence started her real estate career in the 90's and is very grateful to have surrounded and worked side by side with many real estate experts and multi-million million dollar real estate sales producers in the thriving real estate market. Florence knew very early in her career that with hard work, dedication, care and accountability , her extensive knowledge of the Chicago real estate market, & her genuine desire to listen and care for others combined would lead her to a successful career in real estate. Florence has successfully closed over 1 million dollars in real estate rentals & over $100 million in Real Estate Sales. Florence has 11 years of Property Management experience. Florence is Excellent to work with…

I’m retiring from real estate sales, after selling/practicing real brokerage for 46 years. I’ve know Florence Molenneli for many years, I had 2 rental properties to sell to complete part of my retirement.
