I was born in Kingston, Jamaica but raised in Miami, FL. That fast paced city lifestyle has provided me with the motivation and determination needed to succeed in all aspects of my life including real estate. My wife and I relocated to Durham, North Carolina because we were looking for the big city lifestyle with a small town feel. Besides wanting to leave the 100% humidity behind, we wanted to settle in an area where we could actually see the seasons, well at least to us. The city of Durham occupies a prime location in the heart of North Carolina and is a nexus for learning, creativity, research, and industry. The cultural amenities, diversity, and the affordability of buying a home are also a part of what made this move a nature fit. We've been extremely happy with our decision to relocate and we look forward to one day raising our children in this rapidly growing and family oriented city.
