Bonnie was referred to me by my mother, whom Bonnie helped buy property as well. Bonnie is very responsive and gets the job done in a timely manner. She never misses a beat or forgets to relay us any messages. The only issue during our process was that she was opinionated in the houses we liked, telling us which were good and bad. This should be ultimately up to clients. Even with her strong opinions, we did end up listening to her on which houses were good vs bad. Bonnie was very aggressive in our offer and subsequent process which we are very thankful for. She knew exactly what kind of numbers the sellers wanted and it was all in line with our budget.

Our offer was actually lower than another offer but our offer was accepted because of more desirable terms. Overall the entire process was as pleasurable as it could be while making such a large, stressful purchase.
