I'm beyond grateful to have had the pleasure of working with Fithrie, I'm not sure what I would have done without her help. She went above and beyond in every single category in order to help me. Here are some of the most important points to know about Fithrie: - Experienced: She's very experienced and knew exactly what to do in every single situation. She always knew what my direct next step was, so that we could move as quickly as possible where it mattered. She also knew all of the little things I needed to look out for, and I felt like she protected me from lots of little potential traps I could've fallen into throughout the home buying process. - Results: In a super competitive market, our offer was accepted for a really great place at a really great price. - Speed: She gets things done at lightning speed. She scheduled a ton of listings with very short notice, and found a ton of important details for me on every property throughout the process. - Reliable: I genuinely trust her and know that she has my back, she's extremely reliable. - Well connected: She had a great contact for everything. (inspection, insurance, etc.) - Goes above and beyond: There were many times she went above and beyond to help me sort out different situations. For example, at one point I had to call the property's HOA to find out about certain details. Before I had the chance to call them, Fithrie already called them and got all of the info for me. That's just one small example, she consistently went way above and beyond in so many different ways throughout the entire process for me. Overall: If you ever get the chance to work with Fithrie, take it as fast as you can, your life is guaranteed to improve as a result. It was an absolute pleasure being able to go through the process with her.
